need help with bad trader and filling mail fraud charges

i entered into a trade with a member on here and he received his items from me and was happy with what he got. that was two months ago and still he has not sent my items, after a month he said he would get on it and now he is signing on and not answering my mail. i have kept all my messages from him and would like to go threw the moderators on the site to try and resolve this and if not directly to mail fraud charges. i have all the proof i need to proceed with fraud charges but would rather resolve it then put something on someones criminal record, but i will do what i have to do. if a admin or someone with authority to go threw my mail or to message me i would greatly appreciate it. i have had a overall positive experiance on this site and plan to remain on it.
