Going to Baotou (Deer City) China/inner Mongolia

Well, it looks like in January, I may be heading to Baotou, China, for a few months, to help setup a caf?/dounut shop, the first of a chain. My job is to instructe the workers on how to use the machines and to perfect the recipies for the shop. It is a all expence paid trip, with a few 1000.00 allowance as well per month!

Will be a very different experience to say the least. Will have to grab spices and pics while there.
