Order of Command and where to take complaints/issues
Alright guys we are now going to be instituting a policy that has been here all along however has not been followed very well. Whenever you have a concern or a complaint please try to follow this chain of command within staff members.
Purple Names AKA First Line of Defense
These are the first line of defense and are there to help you out. Please take your concerns to them first.
Orange Names AKA First Line of Offense / Defense
These are the staff members that should be receiving complaints or concerns from the purple guys. Unless it is something very serious or you happen to see us around when there are no purple names then please take it to a purple name.
Red Names AKA Top Dogs
The only people to be taking anything to these guys should be Orange names. This means that they will know what is being brought to them is serious.
Black Names AKA Owners
These guys are to be involved only when it is absolutely necessary and only if something is brought to their attention from a Red or Orange name.
*There is still an open door policy where if you feel the need to bypass rank or feel you have not been given a fair resolution you can go to any level however if you do so I suggest you have a very good reason for it.
