I am also a former terran, it's a shame that place got destroyed. I know it had to do with chaos somehow, I just can't prove it yet!

And I was (un)lucky enough to be member #700 on Terra, I think I was there for 2 Years... I really cant remember its been so long... Bc apparently I've been on here for 2 years as well... yikes...
The thing is, ya Terra had its issues especially at the end, but it was always about the people, and look how many we have here now? That says alot to me about the community and why I was drawn there in the first place.
People knew who I was pretty much from the get go, and they were friendly helpful and encouraging. I mean I moved from pretty much "the new/other Baron" since we had two back then (which is never any good) to being a high level admin just because I tried to emulate those who had welcomed me and improve the place as best as I could. As Terra fell apart, I admit I was very disheartened, but looking back I can tell you this is a much more useful and better site than it used to be, and I dont see that pattern of improvement stopping anytime soon. And at the heart of it all, is us, the members and community who make this place what it is. Thats what being a Terran is, and that is why I see no FORMER Terrans here.

BVL makes some good points, it's not about the site, but the close-knit community that's on the site. I made some friends on Terra, and most them are here now, so I really don't get too teary-eyed when thinking about Terra. I can pester you knuckleheads here, after all!

i was at terra, and trying to make a comeback on here again.
I miss terra. I still throw on the old terran signature pic once in a while on other foums. I've got it around here somewhere if anyone wants it. I miss the old days when the site was just starting out and the few memebers on were a good close groups of mates.
