Some Highlights AOBR for to 90 Dollars that is crazy pricing that is an increase of 15 dollars Battle Missions goes to 29.00 Catachans go to 24.75 ? why? I really wish GW would just stay at whole dollars. Ie: $15,16 etc. Not this $37.25 junk...granted, its still only 1 quarter, but it still a pain in the butt.

i wish they would just keep consistant prices and not keep bumping the prices up. there's no reason less than a pound of pewter should cost $25, but that's part of owning a market right?

They have pretty solid reasons for the price increases guys. They have more overhead than all the rest of the mini companies out there, and one of the most extensive high quality lineup in the world.
One of the reasons that the high quality thing means so much is remaking their molds fairly regularly, getting the extra funds ready to start new lines.

And normally from what I remember is that whenever they do this, they usually come out with a slew of minis afterwards...think =][= and Dark Eldar, along with the new Fantasy edition and the higher standard that their models are turning into(see Sanguinary Guard, new empire heroes, new IG tanks...etc..)


With all the crazy business troubles and stuff they're currently having here in the US and far too many stores in some areas, this hike makes sense. about 60% of the staff in my area(9 stores) were let go, Tom Kirby came over here from the UK and fired head of US ops, ridiculous.

Alright, we all know the market is slowly turning around and price increases follow it quickly. From what I understand this price increase is worldwide and unfortunately we can do nothing about it. However as has been noted above new mini's follow price increases as do new Battleforces as a lot of the Battleforces are becoming dated. Also with everyone going online to buy their stufff their sales must have taken some kind of hit. I absolutely agree this sucks but griping won't do anything about it. Lets all pull together here and make our own site strong and if you want to make some xtra money to buy new minis then learn to paint and convert. Put the time in and get yourself trained to a point that you can take commissions as in every community there will always be people who don't want to do all the painting and converting and this is a market that we can all thrive in. So get up, rise up, and get out there and have some great battles!
