Terrain and commissions

Hey, I'm new here and I have a quick and pretty simple question.

I looked though the trade rules and I looked though the trade posts and I've noticed nothing but miniatures for sale/trade, so I figured I'd ask first.
I wanted to know, is it acceptable to offer custom/scratch built terrain for sell? and also can I offer services like conversion work and painting? I just wanted to ask before I posted something I possibly shouldn't.
