Purpose -

The Loss Prevention - Mediation team is designed to assist you, the traders, with your troubles in your trading process. This should be the step BEFORE you drop a negative report. If you have any suscipicions or even anything alarming, this is the place where you should be. We have designed several sections

LOSS PREVENTION SERVICES:

These sections are provided for any member who is part of RM. These are free services- and are means of assisting you with trading. However, we are not a gurantee of anti-scam. However, we are here to assist you to pursue justice and mediate issues you may have with another individual.

Privacy Guranteed:

In each of these sections - THEY ARE PRIVATE SUBMIT. Meaning, only YOU can see your OWN thread and a staff member can assist you.

1. User Inquiries: Are you getting involved with another trader? But unsure? Seems shady? The Loss Prevention team can do a quick checkup on the individual for you.
   
   NOTE: This does NOT GURANTEE in ANY way - that you are 100% insured against a scam or shadyness. Use this as simply a background check tool. We will look into a suspected user to notice any 'alarming' patterns. It is an attempt. We are not HELD accountable.
   
2. Trading Issues (Submit Box) - Are you in the middle of a trade with someone who is giving you a hard time? Worried about a scam? Or any issues with another member. Simply submit a thread with your claims against another individual. Again, remember your claims are private. We will help get in contact with the oposing party.
